Compensation scheme concerning pension rights within the NR-sector (Norwegian Shipowners’ Association)
The scheme will provide a benefit as a result of lost pension rights for workers who are dismissed due to cutbacks within the enterprise.
This applies to employees on mobile offshore units and platform drilling on fixed installations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf who are encompassed by the NR Collective Agreement.
The scheme is administered by the union SAFE.
